1. Access where you are.
Sometimes you are not where you expected to be. What’s actually going on with your situation and with you personally?

2. Envision your desired future.
What does your desired future look like? What emotions are associated with your desired future?

3. Plan the steps needed to move forward.

4. Request what you want or need.
What is the task or action needed? What is the desired timeframe? What are the conditions of satisfaction? How has the other person indicated that your request has been heard?

This package includes five sessions that will help you achieve your inner peace and balance goals. The package includes an assessment with debrief, goal setting, suggested practices, space to address your challenges, and a plan regarding next steps. You will be invited to journal throughout the program. There will be a combination of content and coaching throughout the program. At the end, you will have an/a:
- Assessment
- List of goals to support you in the program
- Assessment at the start and end of the program regarding your goals
- List of new practices and/or commitments to old practices
- Calmer feelings in the midst of chaotic situations
- Feelings of being more balanced
- Understanding of how to sustain the sense of calm and balance

Organization and Productivity –
This package includes five sessions that will help you achieve your goals related to being more organized and productive. This package includes an assessment with debrief, goal setting, time management, decluttering, mind mapping, and planning next steps. There will be a combination of content and coaching throughout the program. At the end, you will have an/a:
- Assessment
- List of goals to support you in the program
- Assessment at the start and end of the program regarding your goals
- More positive feelings around being organized and productive
- More confidence in your organizational skills
- Mind map and an understanding of how it can be used for other areas of your life
- Evidence of decluttering and increased productivity
- Plan to keep you on track after you have completed the program
Career and Professional Development –
This package includes seven sessions that will help you achieve your goals related to your career and professional development. This package includes an assessment with debrief, goal setting, visioning exercise, career and professional development planning, managing emotions, mindset and body posture, the opportunity to address challenges and next steps to sustain progress. There will be a combination of content and coaching throughout the program. At the end your will have an/a:
- Assessment
- List of goals to support you in the program
- Clear vision of where you are trying to go in your career
- More confidence regarding your career and professional development
- Understanding of how motivation and self-determination impact your progress
- Plan of action regarding next steps in your career
- Plan of action regarding your professional development
