Life or career not going in the direction you desire?

Do something different!

Most of us can remember a time when things were not working well. At times, it may be that things are not moving at all. It is called being stuck. What do you do in these situations? It is comforting to know that we have options. We can live with the status quo or do something different. How would you like to reinvent yourself?

Take that first step!

Sometimes we have things that we want to do, but we continue to put these things off. Maybe the thing seems too big or too scary. What’s that all about? What’s getting in the way? I love the quote “To begin, begin” by William Wordsworth. It doesn’t get much simpler. What will you begin today that you’ve been putting off?

Leaders recognize problems!

Most of us are busy. It doesn’t matter if you are working full time, part-time, or retired. There is a lot going on in our world, country, state, community and families.  Problems will continue to be a part of life. The severity of the problem may depend on how quickly we respond. Despite the constant state of busyness, pay attention to what’s not going well. If we don’t, it may cost us in the long run. How well are you assessing the problems in your life?

If any of the scenarios above resonate with you, let’s find time to talk!

Testimonials

What People are Saying

"Having Karen Weaver as my coach was God putting the right person in my life at the right time. In my quest to find my new self as I went through being a new empty-nester as a single mother, Karen held me by asking the simplest questions with the greatest impact. Her patience and her willingness to laugh when I laughed and her ability to use empathy and compassion. Allowed me to be safe, be myself, and to be daring, intentional, and curious about my immediate and distant future. Thank you Karen!"

What a Senior Level Employee said!

"Karen creates honest space for you to sit with your thoughts. Her gentle spirit keeps you coming back for more honest space."

Gale

"No matter how much talent I bring to the table, my coach has been key to helping me tap into my talent beyond my capability to reach on my own.  For sure, that was my experience in my leadership growth with you as my executive coach.  I am certain I could not have become the leader I am today without your coaching that greatly influences how I “show up” to work each and every day.   Many thanks!"
